Wholesale No-Return / Exchange-Only Policy

T-Star Electronics operates strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are final except as outlined below.

No Returns Policy

All purchases made through T-Star Electronics are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Overstock or unsold inventory

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer

  • Pricing changes or promotions after purchase

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Exchange Eligibility (Defective Items Only)

Exchanges are permitted only in the event of a manufacturer defect and must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • The product is confirmed to be defective, not damaged due to misuse or shipping mishandling

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories

  • Exchange approval is granted by T-Star Electronics

No exchanges will be processed without prior authorization.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items

  • Custom, special-order, or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or handling

  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or tampering

Return Authorization Required

All exchange requests must be approved in advance.

  • Unauthorized returns or exchanges will be refused

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number may be required before shipment

Do not ship any merchandise without receiving written approval.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return and replacement shipping

  • Customers assume all risk of loss or damage during transit

  • We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services

T-Star Electronics is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Inspection & Resolution

All exchanged items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If the item is found not to be defective, the exchange will be denied and the item may be returned at the customer’s expense.

No Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstances

  • Approved cases will be resolved through replacement only, at our discretion

Policy Enforcement

T-Star Electronics reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny any exchange request

  • Modify or enforce this policy at any time without prior notice
